On Claro’s supplier assessment of 2Q 2015 the company obtained grade “A” – Providers who have exceeded the demanded standards or  expectations.

Once again, the company exceeds the Operator’s quality standards, by providing a world-class service during the whole commercial cycle, understanding it as a continuous improvement process which starts with the first contact and which is constantly nurtured.

Claro evaluates its providers performance quarterly in order to improve the award process and to prioritize those best qualified, according to certain criteria such as service quality, deadline compliance and time programming, and administrative aspects such as internal behaviour and labour-management fulfillment.
